On behalf of the KPA family, we are reaching out to let you know that we have been actively monitoring the evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the potential impact to our customers, employees, partners and communities.

KPA Management will provide you with services as best as possible under the circumstances. During this unprecedented time, we want to remind you to take advantage of the online services available through KPA’s unit owners’ portal at www.kpalink.com.  It’s never been easier or more convenient to send payments, obtain necessary information and send requests.

MAKING PAYMENTS
Paying your assessments through the KPA website is the fastest and most secure way to send payments. If you haven’t enrolled in online access at KPAlink, please email us to obtain a password.  In the meantime, you may make a payment online by navigating to www.kpamgmt.com , click the Homeowner tab and then select Assessment Payment Options.  There you will find 1) a link to make online payments by e-check or credit card, 2) the payment address for mailing a check with your coupon and 3) the form for our Direct Debit Program to enroll in automatic payments.

CONTACTING KPA MANAGEMENT
For the health, safety and well-being of our customers and employees, effective today, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we will conduct business through phone or email correspondence whenever possible. Our offices will not be receiving customers during the month of March. However, should you have Association business that requires an in-person visit to our office, please make an appointment in advance and we will try to facilitate that request.
Our Community Support Team is available to assist you Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. You can reach us by phone at 703.532.5005, by email at info@kpamgmt.com , with office visits by appointment only if possible and prudent.

CONTACTING KPA
For the health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers, we will operate business through phone or email correspondence wherever possible. Our office will not be receiving customers until further notice. However, anyone in need of any assistance that requires an in person visit to our office must make an appointment in advance which we will try to accommodate. We are available Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 am – 1:00pm to assist you and emergencies after hours.
Our Community Managers and office staff will not be able to attend any meetings until further notice.
